Dropping Fou-Lu and Nyanko-sensei! Nyanko has a one-day vacation, so he is going home to Natsume and getting drunk and waking up days later wondering why he's still there. Fou-Lu is...just going home to get beaten up some more. :(b Alas.

Synopsis: Spirit wasn't missed as time isn't passing there without him, but he felt the need to make up for "lost time." He made sure to spend time with Dolan, Ebony, and Ellen individually, then hit the streets like a madman for the sheer thrill of busting crime with the old-fashioned vigilante knuckledusting he so seldom gets to display in Camp. Also finally picked up his dry cleaning.

He kept his eyes open, but didn't find who he was looking for.

Returning with: An expanded wardrobe and considerably less tension.

Canon Update?: Yes. On his way back, Time & Space will go wahoonie-shaped and Rico will get caught up with his last appearance in canon, circa War of Kings: Ascension. Meaning he's officially post-The Loners series and has been fucked (literally and figuratively) and dumped by Spider-Woman (Mattie Franklin), moved back to New York City with Excelsior, gotten through the Secret Invasion and was sitting out Dark Reign.
Returning with: More clothes, dammit. Also some cash and an additional supply of throwing discs.

Duration: 3 Days
Location: Asgard dimension of Earth-616

Synopsis: Big Damn Hero moment. Thor returned to Asgard just in time to interrupt an invasion of Frost Giants from Jotunheim. His arrival swiftly turned the tide in favor of the Asgardians, and the invasion became a rout--fight, smite, rinse, repeat. Afterward, he had a happy reunion with his father, Sif, Balder, and other comrades, and a slightly less happy one with Loki, whose legitimately heroic efforts (for a change) were eclipsed by Thor's dramatic arrival. For his ass-kicking efforts, Thor was finally acclaimed as God of Thunder by his peers, and everyone had a big party because that's what you do in Asgard.

Thor then spoke privately with Odin concerning Camp, with Odin declining to get directly involved... for now. He also chatted up the Valkyries and got a few seats reserved in Valhalla for certain people.

In a Nutshell: A fun time was had by all. Except Loki.
Canon Update?: Nominally--Thor will now be openly referring to himself as the God of Thunder in Camp, but otherwise nothing's changed.*
Returning with: Shiny new title and accompanying confidence, repaired armor, more gold (hi Imoen), a few domestic odds and ends, and one of Sif's hair ribbons as a token.

*Thor will still not insist on the use of any of his titles in Camp, and will only rely on them for introductions and the intimidation factor when necessary.

Who here remembers nametwin jellywrestling or jell-o wrestling if you're in the US? If you don't, it's pretty much exactly what it sounds like- characters who have the same names as each other having to wrestle each other in jelly for the great amusement of everyone else. Anyway, I don't know who organised it before but I just remembered about it and I think it's time we did it again.

SO, is one of your characters a nametwin and are you interested? How many nametwins do we even have these days?

So you know what we're going to do? We're gonna do something for everyone who's ever thrown the horns. We're gonna do something for everyone who's ever headbanged. We're gonna do something for every kid who ever grabbed a stick and pretended it was a guitar, or whoever looked at pictures of Stonehenge and thought, "Man, that'd make a badass concert stage."

If you got a guitar, bring it. If you got drums, we'll set 'em up. If you always wanted to learn to shred but don't know how, we'll teach you. All you need is that metal soul.
